This remedy should not be done in the bathroom but in some pious and peaceful place.

Start by filling a basin and a separate mug with water (warm or cold depending on the weather). The water should be deep enough to cover ankles.  Add a handful of sea salt.

Water, a natural conductor, helps flush out toxic energies and refreshes the spirit.

Salt has long been known for its purifying properties, absorbing negativity from the aura.

Place your feet in the bucket. Feet should not be touching each other.

Sit silently with opened eyes for 10 minutes, with the feet in water and pray for the negative energy to be removed into the water.

Wash your feet in the bucket and wipe them with towel. Flush the water down the toilet and rinse the bucket.

After rinsing feet, express gratitude to God or the Divine for the healing.

Practice it before bed for at least one week and find improvement in :- Excessive Thoughts, Stress, Depression, Unclear Thinking and Lethargy.
